A vodka-based tincture of root, flowers and greens of dandelion, a herbaceous plant esteemed for its diuretic and cleansing properties. One of the first plants to pop up in the spring, dandelion has a bitter taste and is nutritious while stimulating appetite and digestion. It’s also an antioxidant and improves the immune system by managing blood sugar and pressure and through its anti-inflammatory compounds.
